These tools use cookies to collect anonymous data. We also use retargeting pixels so we can show you relevant ads later (no stalking, just strategic reminders).

By using this site or purchasing a template here or via a third-party marketplace like Etsy or Creative Marketplace, you're agreeing to the following terms.
1. License to Use:
When you purchase a template, you're buying a single-use license to use it on one website — either your own or for a client. You can customize it however you like within Squarespace, but you can’t resell it, redistribute it, or claim it as your original work. Want to use the same template on another project? Simply purchase another license.
2. Images:
All demo images used in the templates are open-source from sites like Pexels and Unsplash and are free for commercial use. If you keep them on your live site, it’s your responsibility to make sure they fit your brand and usage needs.
3. Payments & Refunds:
Payments are handled securely through Squarespace. Because templates are digital products, all sales are final. If something’s broken or you didn’t get access after purchase, contact us at hello@templatetown.co — we’ll make it right.
4. Support:
Each template includes documentation and email support to help you get set up. We’ll guide you through using the template and answer any questions about what’s included. We can’t guarantee support for third-party tools, major custom changes, or Squarespace platform issues.
5. Liability:
We’re not responsible for what you do with your site once it’s live. You’re responsible for making sure your content complies with local laws, accessibility regulations, and any business requirements. Use good judgment and don’t be shady.
